All orders will be processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment verification. Orders submitted on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working business day.

We provide international shipping to most countries worldwide. Shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and package weight.

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated transit time: 7–20 business days after the parcel is dispatched. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, carrier delays, weather or local postal disruptions.

Customs Duties & Import Taxes

Shipment Tracking

Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your package is marked delivered but you have not received it, or the parcel arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with your order number. We will launch an investigation with the shipping carrier. Investigation may take 7–14 business days.

Shipping Address

Please verify your shipping address carefully at checkout. Once the parcel has been dispatched, address changes cannot be made. We are not responsible for non-delivery caused by incorrect address provided by the buyer.
